Jason Perkins has led in ministry and business across Australia and the U.S., serving as a camp director and excelling in software sales and marketing. He and his wife, Kristin, began their journey as missionaries, raising three kids with a heart for family mission. In 2015, Jason became a lead pastor at a North Point partner church in Colorado but later experienced burnout—awakening a deep passion for soul care. Returning to Brisbane, he founded the Irresistible Church Network of Australasia in 2020 and joined Emotionally Healthy Discipleship in 2023, where he now coaches pastors globally to pursue soul care without sacrificing mission.
